Returns

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Items must be:

    • unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

    • with all original tags attached

    • in the original packaging (if possible)

⚠️ Returns will not be accepted for items that are used, washed, or missing tags.


How to Request a Return

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.


Refunds

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error or a defective item).


Exchanges
